Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order — we'll do our best to help, but once an order has been sent to fulfillment we may not be able to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a separate email with tracking information once it ships. If either one hasn't shown up, check your spam folder first, then reach out and we'll look it up for you.

How do I pick the right shade of hair building fibers?
Match the fiber shade as closely as possible to your natural hair color rather than your desired color — the fibers are meant to blend with your existing hair, not dye it. When in doubt, a shade slightly lighter than you think tends to blend more naturally than one that's too dark.
What if I'm between two shades?

What's the difference between the Fibers, the Scalp Serum, and the Derma Roller?
Sevich Hair Building Fibers give you instant visual coverage the moment you apply them. Hoegoa Scalp Serum and the Trichara Derma Roller are part of a slower, ongoing scalp-care routine rather than an instant fix. They solve different problems — most customers use fibers for how their hair looks today and the serum/roller as a longer-term routine.
Can I use the Eyebrow & Lash Fiber Filler and the Beard Growth Oil together with the hair fibers?
Yes — they're formulated for different areas (brows/lashes, beard, and scalp respectively) and are commonly used together as part of the same routine.
Using the Products
Are these products made for both men and women?
Yes — every product in our lineup is made for all hair types, for men and women alike.
Will the fibers wash out or rub off?
The fibers bond to your existing hair via static and hold up well through normal movement, wind, and light rain. For sweat, swimming, or heavy activity, pairing with Bunee FiberHold Spray is recommended for the most reliable hold.
Is this safe to use daily?
The fibers, serums, and oils in our lineup are cosmetic products designed for regular use. If you have specific sensitivities, allergies, or skin conditions, we'd recommend checking with a dermatologist first — nothing on this site is medical advice.
Is the Derma Roller safe to use at home?
It's designed for cosmetic at-home use, but as with any microneedling tool, use it on clean skin, avoid active breakouts or irritation, and stop if you notice unusual redness or discomfort. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, check with a dermatologist first.

Is it safe to enter my card details on this site?
Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify's own encrypted checkout system — we never see or store your full card number ourselves. You'll also see the padlock/https in your browser on the checkout page.

Our Photos
Are the photos on this site real?
Product photos are real photos of the actual items. Some lifestyle/application photos showing how a product is used are AI-generated for illustration — we don't use those to claim a specific before-and-after result, since that wouldn't be true. If a photo shows a specific transformation, it's a real photo, not a generated one.
