Refund policy

We want you to love your Trichara products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns — You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Email bobbin.dahal@mail.com with your order number and reason for return. Because of the personal-care nature of our products (hair fibers, sprays, serums, applicators), we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds — Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
